Life may feel really dark, difficult, painful or confusing right now. Maybe, past hurts are still haunting you and you are unable to let go. Or perhaps things are happening now and it feels like wading through treacle.
People seek individual counselling and therapy for lots of different reasons including feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, loss, change, difficult life events or just losing touch with who you are.
Maybe you’ve been trying to manage but your usual coping strategies aren’t working so well.
I specialise in working with people who like you have experienced change, loss or bereavement in some form. Who have lost sight of who they are and are fed up with struggling and feeling like life is passing them by.
A chance to be heard
I will offer you a place where you don’t have to worry about hurting or upsetting me by being honest about what is going on for you. You don’t have to filter what you say or pretend you don’t feel the way that you do.
I will really hear you and what you have to say.
Counselling is a chance to be open and free to talk about how things really are for you, without judgement. Allowing you to pause, take control and improve the quality of your life.
