I specialise in working with people who like you have experienced change, loss or bereavement in some form.  Who have lost sight of who they are and are fed up with struggling and feeling like life is passing them by. 

I will offer you a place where you don’t have to worry about hurting or upsetting me by being honest about what is going on for you.  You don’t have to filter what you say or pretend you don’t feel the way that you do.  

I will really hear you and what you have to say.

There is no set number of counselling sessions that you would need as everyone is different.  Some people come long term, others for just a few sessions but an average would be around 8 – 12 sessions.  We will discuss your individual needs and expectations at our first meeting.
